基于上述研究,得出的主要结论有:建筑物震害预测是一个模糊的、系统的、复杂的问题,现有的方法很多一般都是以震害统计规律、专家经验、理论分析和试验研究为依据,有其自身的优缺点和一定的适用范围;应针对不同的建筑物条件、场地条件、地震强度和已有经验等,采用不同的预测方法进行建筑物震害预测,以使预测结果达到预期的精确性、可靠性和可操作性;建立了漳州市区7类建筑物在6度9度地震作用下的震害矩阵,成为指导抗震防灾的重要依据,各类结构的震害情况表现为: 6度地震作用下各类建筑物基本完好; 7度地震作用下除钢筋混凝土结构基本完好外其余以建筑轻微破坏为主; 8度地震作用下钢筋混凝土结构仍以基本完好为主而其余建筑以中等破坏为主; 9度地震作用下钢筋混凝土结构以轻微破坏为主,单层工业厂房和空旷房屋以中等破坏为主,其余建筑以严重破坏为主;建筑物的震害预测结果体现了未来地震来临时的震害程度,在编制漳州市区抗震防灾规划时,对于遭遇50年超越概率10的地震影响发生中等以上破坏的建筑物应考虑进行抗震鉴定和加固;由建筑物的破坏所造成的直接经济损失是城市地震经济损失的主要部分,重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要其主要与建筑物总面积、结构类型、地震烈度和各类建筑物的震害程度有关;不同烈度造成的直接经济损失按2一3倍向高烈度方向递增,漳州市区直接经济损失由6度至9度的比例关系为1 : 2 . 8 : 8 . 6 : 22 . 8 ;遭遇基本地震设防烈度( 7度)时,漳州市区直接经济损失约4 . 5亿元,无家可归人员约40000人,且以砖木结构和多层砖混结构的震害损失最大;地震造成的人员伤亡主要与建筑物倒塌及严重破坏的程度和总面积以及震时的建筑物室内人数密切相关,地震时无家可归人员主要与住宅倒塌、严重破坏及中等破坏的程度和总面积以及城市人均居住面积密切相关。
